The Springfield Armory Hellcat Micro-Compact OSP is a 9mm striker-fired pistol featuring a 3-inch hammer-forged barrel and an optics-ready slide with factory-installed Shield SMSc red dot sight for quick target acquisition in a deep-conceal package.
It includes a billet machined Melonite-finished slide, black polymer frame with adaptive grip texture, U-Dot tritium and luminescent front sight with tactical rack rear, dual captive recoil spring, and ships with one 11-round and one 13-round extended magazine for flexible capacity up to 13+1 along with essential accessories.

I've been looking at this gun for awhile and finally ordered it and I'm happy I did as it's a real shooter. For a sub-compact it is very accurate and fun to shoot
The firearm is beautiful. The red dot was spot on from the factory setting. Unfortunately, the red dot hold down screws came loose after about 25 rounds. I took it home and used a dab of 242 blue loc-tite on each screw. The trigger is decent. I bought an Apex tactical enhancement trigger for it but have not had it installed as of yet. I have a fairly large hand so I had Hellcat Handleit grips put on and Handleit grips put on the 13 round magazines. That should make shooting a bit more comfortable. Overall, I think the Springfield Hellcat is a fine hand gun. A bit over priced, but no one twisted my arm buy it.
